Return Policy

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving them.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order still contains all correct parts and components, and the packaging is exactly as it arrived with the product.
  2. Normal handling of the product must be evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
  3. Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  4. The product must be found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
  6. A return shipment will be processed within 7 working days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items were used or damaged for reasons not caused by us.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to initiate the return process:

Please ensure the email contains:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product in case of breakage
  • First + last name of the customer
  • Customer address

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.

Never send the return to the sender.
We will send you the correct address after you request it. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.


Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided that the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or professional activities.


Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received or accepted the last goods.

Since we use a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery has been completed, and a refund is not possible until the goods have been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kace Jewels) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). The withdrawal is complete once we have received the goods.
The costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the buyer.


Registration for Shipments in Transit

Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible.
Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you may inform us of your cancellation in advance.

To ensure the fastest possible return process, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you—excluding delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery)—without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received notification of your withdrawal and receipt of the goods.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.


ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT, AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE, TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
